How safe is my credit card information?

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can choose to register for a PayPal account or to use the PayPal one-off payment system which does not require registration. We are never in possession of your credit card details on our website or server. We only retain the delivery information we need to complete the delivery.
How do I know my order is placed properly?
When you place an order on this website, following a conclusion to the payment process at PayPal, this site is automatically notified of the success or failure of the payment. This website then automatically post emails to both you and our accounts department to notify the status of the order. In addition to this, you should also recieve notification from directly from PayPal.
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
Delivery time is dependent on several factors, the item you ordered may or may not be in stock, it may be a small item which would be delivered through UK Mail or Carrier or it may be a large heavy item which might be delivered by our own transport or third party carrier. Under normal circumstances if the item is in stock, we would expect to deliver within 3 working days, if not in stock, then it may take a few extra days to deliver.
